Would you like to help us impact more women in LATAM? Hello everyone!&nbsp; We are Women Biz, a peruvian web3 community. Our journey started in January 2022 hosting IRL educational events in Lima, we managed to host 16 free onboarding events until now thanks to the support of Andino DAO, NTT Data, local web3 projects and our community. We currently have more than more than 700 members from diverse backgrounds, including students, entrepreneurs, and professionals of all ages.&nbsp;We understand that blockchain can be a new and intimidating area for many, which is why we strive to make it more accessible and relatable through our approach. By exploring the intersection of fashion and blockchain technology, we provided valuable insights to attendees and highlighted the potential for a more transparent and ethical fashion industry. Building on that success, our new mission is to expand and decentralize our community with a series of dynamic and educational events in major cities across Peru, including Arequipa, Trujillo, Iquitos, Piura, Huancayo and any additional cities that the budget will allow. Our goal is to activate the web3 community in these regions and create local chapters that will continue to replicate what we have been doing, organizing events and activities in their regions, and strengthening the network of women interested in technology and web 3 across the country, each equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to lead and support their local communities. With your support, we will be able to cover the costs associated with organizing these events. This includes venue rentals, materials, logistics, and other necessary expenses. As a community-driven organization, we are committed to full transparency, and we will make all our expenses fully justified and publicly available, not only in our wallet but also on our website and social media channels.
